Every Week
HIIT - A bodyweight high intensity class that gets the heart rate up and people sweating. Expect a period of work followed by a period of rest, repeated across multiple sets with different movements for the duration of the workout.
Alternate Weeks
Abs Attack - A bodyweight workout that targets and strengthens the abdominal and core area. This will involve a variety of moves, sequences and routines put together to give you a great all round abs blast. (14/9, 28/9, 12/10, 26/10, 9/11, 23/11)
LBT (Legs Bums and Tums) - A conditioning class that will work up a sweat. Focusing on toning up, burning fat and improving flexibility in the lower body. (21/9, 5/10, 19/10, 2/11, 16/11, 30/11)
